TSP is not a featured ingredient in most general vegetarian cookbooks. Classic American vegetarian cookbooks such as The Moosewood Cookbook, Diet for a Small Planet and the Vegetarian Epicure have no recipes which use TSP. TSP is only recently becoming widely recognized as a valuable protein choice for vegetarians.
