University Closings
In the event that a distance location closes due to weather or other emergency, CUA classes held at that location will also be cancelled. All such closings should be announced on the local TV and radio news stations.

University Holidays
In case of different holiday dates between CUA and a distance location, follow the CUA schedule unless otherwise notified by your instructor. Scheduled class cancellations at CUA can be found on the academic calendar.

CUA ID Card
As CUA students, everyone enrolled in SLIS courses at a distance location is entitled to a CUA ID card. They are not strictly required for study at distance locations. They are required, however, for study on Catholic University's campus. These cards also give students access to CUA's Mullen Library and provide admittance to CUA events open only to students. They may also be required to access off campus libraries (e.g. George Mason Univeristy Libraries). To find out more about the CUA ID card, visit http://cardinalcard.cua.edu.

Faculty Availability
All instructional faculty members who teach in the MSLS program in Virginia arrange office hours convenient to students and held at the class site.

Title IV Disclosure Requirements
Title IV requires institutions particpating in financial aid programs to disclose specified information to all prospective students. Please see the following page for the required information: http://counsel.cua.edu/StudLife/publications/consumerinfo.cfm
