General Computing, CPIT Help Desk - 202-319-4357, info-center@cua.edu
The Center for Planning and Information Technology (CPIT) staffs a help desk from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.  They are available to assist you with problems regarding your CUA computer account or e-mail address, difficulty logging into or using CUA computers or software, and other general computing questions.  Also see CPIT's website at http://computing.cua.edu.

Saiid Ganjalizadeh in the Academic Services department is available to help faculty set up online courses with Saka, and Blackboard.

Cardinal Students, CPIT Help Desk - 202-319-4357, info-center@cua.edu
In most cases, the CPIT help desk can talk you through how to navigate the Cardinal Students system over the phone.  If there are further problems, they will be able to direct you to the appropriate person or office.

Classroom Technology and SLIS Labs, Joan Weeks - weeks@cua.edu
Report any difficulties you have with computers, projectors or audio equipement to Joan Weeks, the SLIS Lab Manager.  You may also contact her to request a laptop, projector, or other equipement for class.  Please visit the website for the SLIS Labs where you will find additional information.
